HOW CAN EDUCATION IMPACT THE HERITAGE OF HISPANIC GENERATIONS TO COME?

Essays will be judged by The Hispanic Heritage Foundation to determine (1) Grand Prize winner and (15) First Prize winners. All judging will be based on the following 3 criteria: originality and creativity (40%); inspirational quality (40%); and appropriateness to topic (20%).
