The Florida State Thespian Festival

The Florida State Thespian Festival was held in Tampa last week.Varela thespian troupe received 6 straight superior ratings in all categories of performance and a CRITIC’S CHOICE for Solo Musical meaning the best ranked Solo Musical in the State of Florida out of over 300 participants in that category. (The highest honor that can be bestowed on a performance at State.)

While everyone was off, the Thespians were hard at work from Wednesday to Sunday preparing and performing their District pieces at the State Level. The results were as follows.
